Leadership based on strengths, is more likely to result in relationships where individuals recognize and value the talents of each other. The world we live in is not made up of things - it is made up of relationships. When relationships are based on strengths, they are more likely to increase individual capacity by recognizing that all individuals have the potential to do great things. The possibility for a ViolenceFree environment increases as individuals form relationships that are based on the belief that everyone can contribute and therefore benefit from the talents and resulting strengths that each of us possess.
