The Worst Winter Storm to Hit Arizona in 17 years: Please Don’t Forget the Animals

The huge winter storm slamming Arizona, causing flooding, property loss, and evacuations, prompted Governor Jan Brewer to declare a state of emergency for the entire state. Damage can be seen everywhere – roads, homes, fences, rising water.
